Ep. 10: Game Within the Game
It’s time once again for a Survivor 41, “Game Within the Game” post. For the 9th episode we have another fun Rebus Puzzle from Tribal Council, the second to last word scramble, plus another strategy test to think over. I’m ready to get this damn word scramble riddle figured out! Either way, here at Tribal Council Blog I’m trying to have some fun with all things Survivor and Amazing Race, so the GWtG is no exception. Have fun with it!

Every Survivor fan dreams of hearing Jeff say that immunity is back up for grabs. It means you’re on the show. It means you’re about to compete for a chance to win immunity and security in the game. It means that it’s go time. After solving the puzzle Jeff even admits that some phrases are able to be changed after 21 years but this one is here to stay. Good. Finally. Something that the fans can hold onto as tradition, what was, and what always will be. Everything else seems to be back up for grabs, but not this one. Good puzzle.

Moving on from the Rebus puzzle. Next up in the GWtG is the WORD SCRAMBLE.
First five letter word scramble. Getting crazy on the penultimate word scramble. Anyway, let’s think out loud about this with the now all but 1 piece of the riddle.

EPISODE 10 - STRATEGY TEST
Not only is everyone mad, but if they are smart, they all realize that your resume has winning moves printed on it. Everyone has a reason to vote you out. Everyone knows that you are a threat to win the game and thus people are mad.
I guess you could say it’s dependent on the person you’re talking to. Some you may apologize to and some you own it to, but if I’ve learned anything watching season 41, I’ve learned that info gets around at light speed and if you apologize to one and own it to another, the inconsistency will be sniffed out and used against you.
In that case the only choice to make is owning it. Own that you lied. Own that you made the move. Own that you deceived others. They may be mad but they have to respect it. That’s the only way to do it. And if it causes pain and suffering and every fiber of me says that I should apologize because I’m a good person and I don’t want to hurt them or it was only a game, SAVE IT. Save it, push through the awkward and own the move. Other players will respect you for it. Viewers will respect you for it. Voters just might put your name down for the million bucks. If you get there.
